Turns out, there are real-deal principles that can shed some light on how our energy levels can get a boost from certain activities and behaviours. I wanted to include this for our minds understanding. So, if you're feeling a bit low on mojo, here are some legit strategies backed by science to crank up your energy levels, help the mind to open and get those vibrations grooving!
Sleep: You already know this but its worth mentioning because sleep is our biggest and fasted way to recharge and raise our frequency. Good quality sleep is crucial for restoring energy and promoting overall health. It is during sleep that the body undergoes repair and rejuvenation, and insufficient sleep can result in fatigue and diminished energy. Sleep is the time when our feminine light body energy explores the body for healing and unlocking the day, ready for the next manifested day. It is recommended to aim for 7-9 hours of restful sleep nightly to meet the body's energy requirements.
Cultivate peace, tranquillity, and harmony: I know this is easier said then done but it is so important. Finding ways to relax your mind and body is essential for overall well-being. Engage in activities such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or mindfulness to calm your mind, especially before bed. Take a warm bath or shower to relax your body and soothe your senses, include lavender essence for that extra relaxation. Listening to calming music, going for a nature walk, or practicing yoga can help you unwind and destress. Reading a book, getting creative, drawing/painting, watching a feel-good movie, or writing in a journal can also be therapeutic. Spending time with loved ones or pets, and disconnecting from screens and technology for a while, are great ways to recharge your energies. Giving yourself the permission to just be, be present is all you need sometimes.

It's essential to remember that our bodies have a memory; when you're stressed and remain tense without relaxing, your body may continue to stay in that state, forever. Yes, I said it. Forever!! Your body will adapt to this stress response in the body and stay like that until you shift it. Our bodies are amazing and will consequently compensate for the misalignment, which can lead to chronic aches and pains over time. Therefore, understanding and managing your stress levels is vital not only for your present self but also for your future well-being. Chronic stress can sap energy and adversely affect your health every day. To counteract this, integrating stress-reduction techniques like mindfulness meditation, energy healing for self understanding and empowerment, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or progressive muscle relaxation into your daily routine can help promote relaxation and rebalance your energy.
