I have, many times and I still do. Such things are how your hand operates as a normal function should be celebrated. We should get a 'well done' for even existing in this reality.


This blog goes into the physical aspect but remember our bodies are a projection of our masculine and feminine energies. Everything is energy and our bodies have two of them.


In this blog, I discuss briefly on the marvels of the human body, uncovering its inner workings, emphasising the significance of nurturing it, and highlighting the repercussions when things deviate from the norm. Brace yourself to be awestruck by the incredible complexity and sheer beauty of your very own body!


The Marvel of Human Anatomy


Our bodies are like a beautifully conducted orchestra, each system playing its part to sustain life, play and function. The skeletal system provides the structure, muscles enable movement, and vital organs such as the heart, lungs, kidneys and brain perform essential roles. Interestingly, the tiniest bone is nestled in the ear, just a few millimetres in size, showcasing the body's remarkable intricacy. Lets face it, all our organs and every inch or our bodies are fantastic and all play a vital role in our human physical existence. Without just one of our organs we would become out of balance, yes our bodies are that amazing that it adapts and compensates for the missing or non functioning organ but our bodies can heal itself.


Continuously, countless biochemical reactions take place to preserve equilibrium. These are messages that signal around our bodies to keep us in full connection. Whether it's breaking down nutrients or distributing oxygen, every activity is meticulously coordinated via connection. See why connection of self is so important. Hormones from the endocrine system regulate our functions, and the immune system valiantly defends against pathogens. Again they are more signals sending messages around our bodies. Breathing alone is a complex dance of various organs and systems, reflecting our body's sophisticated nature.


Our bodies possess incredible resilience and adaptability, yet they are not indestructible. Becoming out of balance with our light bodies can result in issues down the line and if we continue to ignore our physical and mental health, this can lead to significant impacts to our daily life, our daily existence. Chronic stress may cause various ailments, including high blood pressure and a compromised immune response, to name a few. I feel that stress is the biggest killer in our modern world. We need to learn how to manage our stress, understand it, get to the root, feel it, release it and then let it go in the body to be more in balance with ourselves. I believe we become stressed when we are not aligned with our life's purpose. Its like the opposite to our we want to exist so this imbalance puts stress on our bodies. Being un aligned for a long period of time can lead to unaddressed mental health issues like depression and anxiety can also have physical manifestations, affecting everything from our sleep to our gastrointestinal health.


Investing in Self-Care


Taking care of our bodies isn't just about looking good for selfies; it's a key player in the game of life. Here's why you should give self-care and investing in your heart desires some serious thought:


Chilling out with some meditation or yoga isn't just trendy – it's like giving your brain a spa day. It kicks stress to the curb and clears the mental fog. Let's face it, chronic stress is a party crasher for your mind and body, inviting those awkward friends that your not really a fan of anymore but put up with because its what your used too - like muscle knots and headache hangovers.


Eating right and listening to what your body needs is like arming your body with superhero gear. A variety diet loaded with all the good stuff – vitamins, minerals, and a sprinkle of love – turns your body into a stress-fighting ninja, slashing the chances of getting sucker-punched by low vibrational energy.


Getting physical isn't just about flexing in the mirror or to look good in photos. It pumps out endorphins, those little molecules that throw a dance party in your brain, helping to shoo away the blues and worries. Plus, working out gives you that fitness glow – and who doesn't want that? Your body wants to move, so move it.


Investing in your health is like putting money in a happiness bank. You work to get money so why wouldn't you invest in yourself and your happiness? Regular workouts and catching those Z's lay down the bricks for a life that's not just about surviving, but thriving. So, lace up those sneakers and fluff up that pillow – your future self will thank you!

Our bodies are remarkable machines that merit our care and respect. When we don't respect or love ourselves, it shows in our bodies. Keep in mind, your body is more than a vessel—it's a temple worthy of love and attention. When you sense the steady rhythm of your heartbeat or inhale a deep breath of fresh air, pause to marvel at the wonders of your body and how it just did that. It's an incredible gift, worthy of your highest care and appreciation.
